I am so excited you are here! Therapy for me has been a place of safety, growth, and healing, and my passion is to provide the same for you. I believe we are born with an intuitive sense of knowing, and as we grow up, our experiences can either drown out, or confuse our own intuition. My goal is for you to find a place of safety in which you can heal, and gently tune back in to your own voice & intuition to guide you. Your unique experiences and pain deserve to be given attention and care, and through this process we can discover and heal what is hindering you from living your life to the fullest.
