As someone who was born and raised in Shasta County, I feel deeply connected to this community and honored to walk alongside clients on their journey toward healing and growth. I earned my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy and have experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life transitions, relational challenges, trauma, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem concerns. My approach is compassionate, authentic, and collaborative — I believe in meeting clients exactly where they are, with curiosity and care.
