About

I am passionate about working with and treating mood disorders, anxiety disorders, phobias, OCD, trauma and PTSD, eating disorders, grief, and supporting clients through feeling stuck, stagnant, or adjusting to life changes. No formal diagnosis or assessments are required to access psychotherapy. My approach to providing support and treatment comes from an accumulation of having an MA in Counselling Psychology, certifications in CBT, EMDR, as well as practicing interventions using mindfulness and meditation, Somatic Embodiment, and parts work. I continue to find inspiration and new skills through attending workshops and trainings.
