I work with individuals, couples, and families who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected within themselves or in their relationships. Many of my clients come to therapy experiencing anxiety, depression, some navigating trauma (PTSD), substance use, grief, childhood wounds, self-esteem, spirituality challenges, or relational challenges such as conflit, communication difficulties, and attachement related concerns. Some have been carrying things alone for a long time, feeling unseen or misunderstood; others are navigating life transitions and seeking clarity, meaning, or personal growth.
