I’m a culturally and spiritually adaptive psychotherapist supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction-related challenges, life transitions, and couples experiencing change. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practice while remaining attentive to culture, identity, values, and lived experience. I offer a collaborative, respectful space where clients can better understand their experiences and recognize patterns that may be keeping them stuck. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed care, I help clients build resilience, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change.
