Hi and welcome. I’m Ellice, a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist providing online therapy throughout Ontario and in-person therapy in Scarborough. I work with adults and families who want to feel more connected, calm and secure. Many of the people I work with have had difficult experiences within systems or important relationships (such as caregivers or significant others). They may find themselves stuck in patterns of self-criticism or emotional disconnection, despite wanting confidence and closeness.
