Hi, I’m Liz. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, clinical supervisor, trauma therapist, and neurodiversity-affirming clinician. I believe therapy should feel safe, real, collaborative, and actually helpful. I work with children, teens, adults, couples, families, and supervisees navigating trauma, autism, ADHD, grief, chronic illness, identity development, dissociation, relationship pain, burnout, caregiver stress, and major life transitions.
