Many people come to me after years of trying to manage symptoms while keeping everything else afloat. They're living with chronic illness, chronic pain, burnout, anxiety, brain fog, or insomnia while continuing to show up for people and responsibilities that depend on them. Many have experienced healthcare dismissal, medical misogyny, or the exhaustion of having to repeatedly advocate for themselves. They are often worn down, frustrated, and grieving the life they expected to have. This is the therapy I specialize in. Together, we work toward a life that feels more manageable, meaningful, and aligned with what matters most.
