I bring over 35 years of experience, . I specialize in Couples Therapy, offering traditional weekly sessions, private Couples Intensives (one couple over a weekend), and small group Couples Retreats (3-5 couples over a weekend). My approach is grounded in neuroscience, developmental theories, attachment theory, and polyvagal theory. I am trained in five couples therapy models: Gottman, PACT, IFIO, the Developmental Model, and the Intimate Relational Model.
