Hi, I’m Elizabeth, a trauma therapist specializing in holistic and somatic therapy. I help people who feel disengaged from life and are navigating the effects of past or recent trauma. Trauma can show up as fear, loss of motivation, confusion, disconnection from yourself or others, difficulty sleeping, or feeling unsafe in your body and relationships. Many find talk therapy hasn’t fully helped them process these experiences. I provide in-person therapy in San Luis Obispo and Los Osos, California, and online sessions for clients across California, including Santa Monica.
