Many children and teens struggle to manage big emotions, anxiety, and self-doubt. They want to feel calm, confident, and understood—but often don’t know where to start. I provide a supportive space where young people can express themselves freely. Through creativity, play, and movement, we explore emotions, build coping skills, and strengthen confidence and connection at home, school, and within themselves.
