Adults and young adults seeking Christian therapy for childhood trauma, relationship issues, or church hurt recovery. Many feel stuck in anxiety, shame, or performance-based identity, and may struggle with emotional overwhelm, relational patterns, or spiritual disillusionment. We provide a safe, collaborative space integrating CBT, mindfulness, and attachment work with faith-sensitive care. Together, we help clients process trauma, shift unhelpful patterns, build emotional regulation, and develop a grounded identity, fostering authentic relationships and alignment with their values.
