In my years of practice a variety of methods: analysis, mindfulness relaxation, and cognitive approaches achieve resilience and happiness for people. I am a provider on many insurance plans particularly NY MEDICARE , NY and NJ UNITED HEALTHCARE, OXFORD, and participate out of network for NJ STATE Insurance. as well as many others.
