I work with adults & couples who come to therapy for a myriad of reasons, such as anxiety, depression, relational trauma, divorce, loss, and other big life transitions. One focus of my practice is working with folks navigating fertility challenges, pregnancy, and the postpartum period. This may look like support in undergoing IVF or other reproductive assistance, processing a birth experience, or help in managing postpartum depression or anxiety.
