I work with youth and adults navigating performance anxiety, pressure, self-doubt, body image concerns, and perfectionism—in sport, school, work, or everyday life. Athletes may feel like their mind is holding them back more than their abilities, struggling with focus, confidence, or motivation. Parents might notice their child pulling back, overthinking, or being overly self-critical. While many of my athletes are high-performing athletes and adults, most of my clients want to regain a sense of control, rebuild confidence and joy, and feel capable and motivated again.
