We have all had life experiences that have caused us to lose connection with our true self - the person we were born to be. These experiences include traumas, stressful life circumstances and dysfunctional childhood families of origin. What these experiences have in common is that they all cause us to cut off certain parts of our true self in order to adapt to the circumstances that we have had to endure. I enjoy helping people re-discover those lost parts of themself and break down the invisible walls that have been limiting their lives, so that they can become their genuine self - full of love, joy and peace.
