About

We are all on our own healing journey and, at different points in this journey, we need support and guidance. Our stories of struggle, pain and resilience need to be held, spoken, and honoured. This honouring comes in the way of sharing our stories in a safe space, which, in turn, allows connection to the corresponding emotions. As we allow our emotions to speak to us, we discover where we are holding them in our body and, thereby, start to bring awareness to the needs of the "whole self" (mind, body, spirit, emotion). Imbalance in one sphere necessarily effects and creates imbalance in all spheres.
