I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with experience supporting individuals from diverse cultural and social backgrounds, including first-generation immigrants navigating identity, belonging, and life transitions.I use an integrative approach that brings attention to what is emerging in the here and now while also exploring repetitive patterns that shape one's internal and relational world. I work with trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, ADHD, grief and the long-term impact of childhood abuse and neglect.
