Finding a counsellor that is a good fit can be challenging! It is important to enter a counselling relationship with someone who shares your values. I believe that people are not problems and strive to create an inclusive space to be yourself without judgement. I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults who seek help exploring issues such as self confidence, gender identity, sexual orientation, relationships, stress, anger, anxiety, divorce, and family conflict. I am affirming and celebratory of diverse identities, communities, and relationship structures.
