I provide psychotherapy that fosters critical dialogue and facilitates an exploration of your mental health in its many dimensions, including physical, socio-cultural, relational, sexual and spiritual. This involves developing the self-knowledge, personal resources and abilities that forge adaptive, new connections to your sense of self and to others. Making new connections is essential to your resilience and recovery: your capacities to create positive growth and change through self-awareness, self-acceptance and self-compassion. Enhancing how you are connected to self, others and community is central to my therapeutic approach.
