Hello! I am an experienced social worker and have been working in social services since 2008. My experience ranges from group facilitation, community organization, community mental health, corrections and more recently providing therapy services to military, veterans and RCMP officers (I cannot take clients from the latter due to c.o.i). I am also interested in working with childhood wounds, intergenerational trauma, life transitions, couples, and parenting stress. I focus on building a trusting relationship with my clients to help them heal. At this time I am taking clients virtually only.
