Welcome! I work with children (6+), adolescents adults couples and families. My therapist journey began in the school system where I had the opportunity to work along side teachers and parents. Since then, I have worked in day programs with neurodivergent clients and those with a diagnosis and their families. Many of my clients were dealing with personality disorders, self compassion issues, addictions and emotional dysregulation. Facilitating parent groups was rewarding as I could learn from all families and we could exchange parenting strategies.
