I am a mature, caring, and non-judgmental therapist who would like to help build a safe space for you to grow. I work with children and adults of all genders and I have a a great deal of experience with the unique needs of boys and men. We often use the words "part of me..." to describe our sometimes conflicted thoughts and emotions. In our complex times, I strongly believe that parts-work therapy is an approach that allows us to compassionately understand our inner world and respond in ways that heal. Doing this work alone can be overwhelming, but in the right therapeutic relationship, it becomes deeply restorative.
