I am grateful for my clients who instill trust in me to help them with some of their most difficult life challenges. It is a privilege and an honour to support them. I work with adolescents, adults, and families. If you or the person you are concerned about are experiencing difficulties with mood and anxiety, anger management, substance use, trauma, grief and loss, attachment related issues, self-harm and suicidal behaviour, relationship difficulties, and/or family-related concerns, feel free to reach out.
