With over a decade of experience as a therapist, I have had the opportunity to witness the value of incorporating a holistic approach with the traditional evidenced based treatment modalities. I am a firm believer that, to receive optimal health, we must learn to not only listen to our thoughts but also our body. My drive as a psychotherapist is assisting others in accomplishing their mental health goals through increasing self-awareness, creating healthy relationships, and applying self-care.
