I am a Registered Social Worker providing inclusive, trauma-informed support to individuals of all ages, couples, and families. My approach is collaborative and strength-based, helping clients build confidence, recognize their inner strengths, and navigate life’s challenges with resilience. I am passionate about supporting and empowering women, working with couples to strengthen communication, deepen connection, and resolve conflict in ways that foster trust and intimacy. In addition, I support seniors navigating life transitions, neurodivergent individuals, and I am an affirming ally to the LGBTQ+ community.
