As human beings we exist within the context of relationships. Relationships with ourselves, other people, and the places and spaces around us. All of these relationships intertwine to shape this thing we call life; from amazing joy to unspeakable pain and everything in between. It's not uncommon to struggle at points, as we try to navigate the various stages of our lives and all of the complexities of the many relationships that we have along the way. I am deeply invested in supporting individuals as they strive to shape healthy relationships with themselves and others and live the life that they desire.
