Life doesn’t come with a manual—especially when you’re facing big transitions, emotional overwhelm, or pain from the past that still lingers. My ideal clients often feel stuck or weighed down by anxiety, grief, low self-worth, or shifting relationships. They want to feel more confident, connected, and in control of their lives—but aren’t sure where to start. That’s where I come in. I create a warm, supportive space for pre-teens, teens, and adults to heal, grow, and rediscover their strengths. Together, we’ll build tools for resilience, deepen self-understanding, and move toward the life you want with clarity and confidence.
