Hello, I believe that healing begins in a space where you feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard. At the heart of my work is a simple but urgent reality: too many individuals, especially youth and families from diverse and underserved communities, are navigating mental health challenges without access to care that truly understands them. I founded Roots & Belonging Mental Health Services to respond to that gap. Our ideal clients are youth and families seeking meaningful support that goes beyond traditional services. They want connection, understanding, and care that resonates with their lived experiences. Welcome!
