I know life can be hard at times. You can be doing your dance most enjoyably and then life happens, the music changes and you find yourself stumbling to find the moves, catch your feet up to the new music and stabilize. With that, there can be feelings of anxiety, confusion, overwhelm, feeling like you are doing it all wrong and you will never get it right again. I am here to help support individuals, couples and through major and minor life challenges such as academics, health, grief/loss, employment, relationships and self discovery. I will support you find your new steps, get back in the groove so that life is enjoyable again.
