I provide therapy to children (ages 6 and up), adolescents, and adults in St. Albert, Edmonton, and the surrounding areas. I also offer virtual therapy to clients across Alberta. My approach is collaborative, practical, and supportive. Whether we are working together in therapy or completing an assessment, my goal is to help you better understand what’s happening, reduce distress, and develop strategies that actually fit your life. I aim to create a space where clients feel understood, respected, and not judged.
