Welcome! I have a warm, engaging, empathic approach to therapy. I believe the journey is collaborative, and, as we navigate the territory that includes your deepest truths, roadblocks, and happiest moments, we can uncover how you have done the best you could to get to the present.. Together, we will look at how you built your belief system, based on life experiences, childhood, and adult events. My therapy style is warm, engaging, and collaborative. The focus is empathic dialogue and what I call "mapping the territory". I use a combination of approaches, CBT, self psychology, and family systems mapping.
