As an experienced licensed clinical psychologist, I offer evidence-based psychotherapy and consultation regarding a wide range of mental health conditions and situational stressors faced by youth during the pre-teen and adolescent years. My goal is to help my clients develop healthy and effective coping strategies in a caring, accepting, safe and client-centred environment. I provide individual therapy to late-stage adolescents through their college and and university years, and I work with parents to help them develop effective strategies to support their children to regulate their emotions and behaviour.
