I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals navigate seasons of anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, negative body image and self-esteem, and the unique journey of pregnancy and postpartum. Therapy looks different for everyone. In our sessions, you can expect an individualized treatment approach with a mix of evidence-based therapy (like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Emotion-Focused Therapy) plus a lot of compassion, curiosity, and (when requested) Christian faith integration that honors where you are.
