My approach is based in humanistic Psychology that promotes self-actualization; simply put, it involves having positive self-regard, working toward feeling whole and living in one’s fullest potential. Therapy is a collaborative journey, where I help guide one toward feeling whole, possess greater self-confidence and in control of their emotions, thoughts and behaviour.
