If you’ve been living in survival mode, feeling disconnected from yourself or unsure how to move forward, therapy can help you feel steadier, safer, and more like yourself again. I specialize in working with trauma, complex trauma (C-PTSD), and nervous system overwhelm. I support adults who have experienced chronic, relational, and identity-impacting trauma, including survivors of domestic abuse, sexual violence, and human trafficking. Many of the clients I work with have tried therapy before and felt it didn’t go deep enough or move too fast.
