I work with children, teens, and adults—plus the couples and parents around them—facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, anger, low self-esteem, and difficult life transitions. Many of the people I see arrive feeling stuck in cycles of shame, blame, and disconnection from those who matter most. Drawing on 20+ years in schools, a decade on a crisis line, and extensive family and child-protection work, I bring a calm, steady presence to moments of distress and practical, experience-based strategies that help move you from overwhelm toward stability, clarity, and reconnection.
