I take on a wide variety of clients using both my lived experience and training to support clients and meet them where they are. For many people, it can feel challenging to be heard or say the "right thing". For others, they want to learn how to communicate more effectively in challenging circumstances, and I practice to support these relational struggles. I have significant experience working within relationships to support growth and relational health. Additionally, as someone diagnosed with ADHD myself and with years of experience working with ADHD in a clinical setting, I know how to support these needs.
