As a former first responder, I understand how cumulative stress and trauma can shape how we think, feel, and function. My career in policing taught me the value of support and resilience, which now guide my work as a counsellor. I offer specialized support for first responders while welcoming clients from all backgrounds. My focus is on providing practical tools, psychoeducation, and a holistic approach to physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
