I work with clients from a trauma-informed, body-centered approach. Whether dealing with addiction, anxiety, depression, or mood disorders, these challenges often stem from developmental or relational trauma stored in the nervous system. Shock trauma can also activate underlying issues that have remained dormant. I collaborate with clients to carefully explore their history and goals, using Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, and other somatic modalities to help release trauma, restore balance, and resolve the inner disturbances.
