I know that sometimes, the stress of life can make it hard to keep the hope going. Whether from our job, our relationships, specific events and losses, or just the world at large, it all adds up. I worked 15 years in emergency communications and recently as a peer support member, bringing an understanding of the specific stressors faced by frontline helpers and first responders. From the grind of rotating shifts to workplace dynamics, it's a lot to balance. No matter your job or your history, you don't have to worry about dark humour or watching your language. I want to be relatable and make you comfortable.
