The thought of therapy can be intimidating. I'm here to tell you that it doesn't have to be. Admitting that you have a therapeutic need is the first brave step to healing. The next step would be going to see a specialist to help you. Lets be honest...who wants to admit that they need "help"? I am here to encourage and let you know its okay. The main goal of therapy is for you to no longer need it. In my practice, you will be provided a listener, a teacher and personal homework. This will help you fulfill your goals and welcome brighter days.
