Maybe emotions come on fast and strong, or you bottle things up until they boil over. It’s exhausting to feel misunderstood or constantly on edge. I work with teens and adults who want to communicate better and manage their emotions without the overwhelm. Together, we’ll build tools to express yourself clearly, handle tough moments with more ease, and feel more connected in your relationships and more confident in yourself.
