I am passionate about helping people get to the root of their problems. Sometimes the "root" of the issue manifests itself in painful ways such as anxiety, depression, eating issues, or even just difficulty getting through day to day life. I seek to help my clients gain awareness and acceptance of their emotions and needs and empower them to make new choices that cultivate the life they want. I help clients navigate the difficulty that major life transitions present such as, loss, illness, divorce, family changes and career issues. Where it is relevant, I help explore how those emotions relate to past patterns and experiences.
