Facing mental health challenges can feel isolating and overwhelming, but you don’t have to go through it alone. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, depression, and the lasting effects of sexual violence. My background in gender-based, domestic, and sexual violence support has deepened my understanding of how these experiences impact mental health and self-worth. My approach is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and grounded in collaboration as I believe healing happens when we feel safe, seen, and empowered.
