Many of the people I work with are adults and teens who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in patterns shaped by past experiences. They may be living in survival mode, carrying stress in their bodies, or struggling in relationships while appearing “high-functioning” on the outside. What they want is relief, to feel calmer, safer, and more connected to themselves and others. They’re seeking a space where they can slow down, make sense of their experiences, and begin healing with compassion rather than pressure.
