Hi I'm Daniel, and I am a men's therapist specializing in men's issues. I know what it’s like to feel alone, depressed, and overwhelmed. Between wars, economic issues, and everyday life, it's a lot. In my own therapy, I learned how important it is to have someone in the water with me. I work with people navigating relationships, anxiety, and depression, and those who feel boxy "clinical" therapy isn’t for them. I work from a holistic lens, taking your mind, body, and spirit into what might help you best (I also see women and couples - not only men!)
