I work with clients who get stuck in uncertainty and overthinking in relationships and want a clearer sense of what's happening and how to respond. Many find themselves replaying conversations, questioning what things meant, or worrying about how they came across. This often shows up in dating and early relationships, but can show up in other areas as well. Many of the clients I work with feel deeply and care a lot about their relationships, but tend to overanalyze them, especially when something feels unclear or inconsistent. Over time, this can leave them feeling anxious, stuck, and unsure of what to do next.
