Life can be overwhelming, even for those who seem to have it all together. My clients often appear high-functioning to the outside world but feel anxious, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. Many of them suspect they have a version of ADHD, depression, or anxiety that impacts them. Often, they are victim to prejudices like anti-semitism causes feelings of alienation and loneliness. My patients are often men navigating parenthood, identity, sexuality, religion, relationships, career transitions, or the weight of unprocessed experiences. What they want is relief, connection, clarity and meaning.
