Living the journey, but trained to support yours. I work with individuals navigating grief, anxiety, caregiving, chronic illness, cancer, trauma, major life transitions, and ambiguous loss. You do not have to carry everything alone. Many of my clients are used to being the strong one for everyone else while quietly carrying overwhelm, fear, exhaustion, or uncertainty themselves. Others are adjusting to loss, aging parents, changing family roles, a new diagnosis, or the emotional impact of caring for a loved one. Together, we create space for healing and growth, bit by bit and step by step.
